Payment, shipping and import duties

  • Invoice and payment. Winners receive an invoice in US dollars. Payment is due within 5 days of the invoice date, by credit or debit card through Stripe.
  • Shipping from Japan. Items ship internationally with tracking within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation, packed in simple protective packaging to keep wholesale prices low.
  • Import duties. Shipments are not DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). US import duties, customs fees and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the invoice. Check the current rules with your carrier or customs broker.

How buying works

  3. If you win, you receive an invoice by email.
  4. Pay in USD, and track your shipment under My Orders.

Items ship from Japan within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation and come with tracking. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and US customs.

Is there a buyer’s premium?

No. MWM charges no buyer’s premium. You pay your winning amount plus shipping.
